damaged door handlebroken window
The toilet inside had a damaged door handle! It nearly locked me inside. I reported it, but the manager said there was no issue. This annoyed me. The window switch was also broken. I am not happy at all.

The staff was helpful with directions and local insights. I had easy access to the U-Bahn station. The room had a contemporary design with ample space for luggage. I liked the complimentary glass of wine in the evenings when opting out of room service, it was a nice touch.
The elevator was a bit slow at peak times, though it was never a major inconvenience.

My room included a seating area by the window. There was a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks available. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower and high-quality toiletries.

The building is situated on a quiet side street. The area offers quick access to several restaurants and cafes. Public transportation is just a short walk, though the parking was expensive!

the staff was friendly and helpful. (i always appreciate that.) the room design was interesting. i liked the garden courtyard. the breakfast had many options.
the shower was dark. the paint was peeling in the door area. (it looked like it needed some upkeep.) the masonry had efflorescence. the door seals are poor.
